Our body works extremely hard to maintain an energetic/magnetic balance plus an alkaline pH level. Stress, food choices, and certain lifestyles will create an acidic response in the body. When our body becomes acidic symptoms of disease become evident. We become toxic which result in imbalance and stressed immune responses by:
- Toxic Thoughts- limiting beliefs, early emotional trauma, trust issues, anger
- Toxic Environments - synthetic chemicals, medications, vaccinations, heavy metals
- Toxic Foods- food containers, processed foods, cookware, acidic food, dead food

There are no acidic areas in the natural body. Acidic pH is 0-7, alkaline is 7-14. Acid waste must be eliminated or it creates imbalance in the body. Over-acidification of the blood leads to connective tissue collecting acids that are not able to leave the body. This is what happens with people who are diagnosed with Multiple Schlerosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis. Cells that become acidic are not able to function properly. They cannot take in oxygen or nutrition and cannot release toxins.
Homeostasis is reached when the mind and body are able to maintain a state of balance and have a natural capacity for internal self-regulation, self-repair and self-healing.
Maintenance of health includes: organic,alkaline food, regular deep abdominal breathing, a balance between fulfilling work, rest and play, a positive coping style, a grateful attitude, a healthy source of water, enjoyable relationships, and regular detoxifying.
The true source of well-being, health and energy is within. Our healing life force springs from a synergistic interaction between our beliefs, our immune system and living food. Our cells within our body are in constant vibration of energy/electricity. Our bodies run on food that has life force, not calories.
Ways to Reduce Toxic Thoughts
Harmful thought patterns can be every bit as damaging to our health as an addictive drug. To detoxify our body we must also detoxify our mind, as our mind can sabotage even the most scientifically sound nutritional program. Emotional turmoil, grief, depression, remorse and other negative emotions depress the immune system and hamper the recuperative capacity of the body. Our health/body is a mirror of our thoughts and beliefs.
In the book, "the Biology of Belief", author Bruce Lipton states, "When we change our perception or beliefs, we send totally different messages to our cells and reprogram their expression. A cell's life is controlled by the physical and energetic environment and not by its' genes. Our genes are simply molecular blueprints used in the construction of cells, tissues and organs". What is the best way to reprogram our subconscious mind to positively affect cellular healing? Ways to Reduce Toxic Environments
Choose products for cleaning, bathing and personal use that are safe for the environment and our health. The book called "The Shopper's Bible" provides the reader with a listing of safe products, ingredients and ingredients that are toxic. Take time to research alternative choices with medicines and vaccinations. Purchasing products that contain the least plastic packaging as most plastics, wraps and canned foods contain bis-phenols. #7 plastic is the least toxic.
Alternative practitioners such as naturopaths, homeopaths, natural health practitioners, electro-dermal screening, muscle testing and bio-feedback will provide you with more choices in healing your body. The use of homeopathics, herbs and whole foods are what the body understands and utilizes for health and healing.
VACCINES ARE ACIDIC CONCUSSIONS WITH TOXIC SUBSTANCES. Vaccines poison the body, creates imbalance and creates learning disabilities. The body has no mechanism to understand intramuscular vaccinations. There are web sites to provide with research on this topic.
You can reduce heavy metal exposure by choosing healthy cookware, glass water bottles, storing in glass, eliminating mercury fillings in teeth, prevention of root canals, reducing fish intake and regular detoxifying metal loads in body. Simple detoxifying can be done with alkaline water, taking clay internally and using various herbs.
Plants in your home and workplace will keep the indoor air clean. Choose paint, flooring and furniture that is safe for you, your family and your co-workers. Reduce electro-magnetic exposure from computers, remote and cell phones. Encourage our family to keep their cell phones away from body when not in use. There are devices available to absorb these exposures that you wear on your body, place on your devices and computers that absorb these electro-magnetic waves.
Ways to Reduce Toxic Foods
Grow your own vegetables and sprout your own seeds and beans at home! Shop at local farmers' markets and ask the farmers their growing practices, (e.g. Grass fed beef, use of antibiotics, chemicals, free range chickens, organic produce). Ask the same questions when shopping at the grocery store. Plan meals based on fresh vegetables, nuts and legumes. Eating raw plant food gives our cells the sun's energy which is what the cells need to work most effectively. The more we cook our foods the less energy and nutrients are left for our bodies to absorb.
Reduce all processed cereals, crackers, baked goods. Do not choose low-fat, sugar-free enriched products as these foods are empty ,dead foods. Reduce acidic foods and drinks. Find a list of Acid Foods and Alkaline Foods and try to eat 80% alkaline, 20% acidic.

Get outside and breathe deeply every day. Practice deep abdominal nose breathing throughout the day. Learn how to breathe properly through yoga, tai chi, qui gong, martial arts classes.
Find a great source of water. Use a good carbon filter. Adding sea salt crystals helps to bring minerals, life and energy to water. Slightly alkaline water is the best choice. Using sea salt, baking salt and/or Calcium Bentonite Clay to your water will improve the alkalinity.

Some people and practitioners choose to fast to detoxify and there are different theories whether fasting is good or very hard on the body. Germ Theory
The germ theory gives permission to give up responsibility for our own health. Germs are ever present in the air, on our food, on our pets and in our bodies. The germs can change and morph to survive in any environment. The germs that are found in diseased cells and tissues are there because those cells and tissues provide what the germs need to survive.
